What VMD is
Viral Media Digital is not a “single app feature.” It is a modular digital ecosystem built to grow safely over time: social content, education, real-time communication, verified commerce, and a controlled internal economy.
This blog is living documentation. It exists so anyone can understand what is being built, how it works, and what is currently active inside the app.
It is not a security, not an investment, and not a promise of returns. Value is built through real usage and real utility.
Current onboarding and access rules
VMD prioritizes identity verification and platform safety. Some tools are restricted until the account is verified.
Gmail required for sign-up
Users must register using an official Gmail address. This improves verification and reduces fraud.

Without verification, the user cannot fully use the Wallet or the Marketplace.

The app includes an internal Wallet and a Token panel, making it simple for new users to enter the digital economy responsibly.

Short-form content for discovery. Available to registered users.

Stories are private and protected against screenshots and screen recording (where supported). Access is controlled by creator rules.
ACTIVESubscriptions (follow + purchase)
Marketplace subscriptions are visible only if the user follows the creator. After purchase, the user gains access to the creator’s private Stories card and content.

Real-time messaging and community channels with permission controls (read-only, posting, invites, moderation).

VMD includes a verified Marketplace for peer-to-peer commerce and creator offerings. Users can sell products, services, subscriptions, create events, and issue tickets.
Verified selling
Seller verification is required to publish and operate a store. Verification protects buyers and the ecosystem.

Shipping and delivery are handled by users. VMD provides tools, records, and reporting — not the shipment itself.

Product listings must use white-background images for clarity and buyer protection. Event and subscription images can be creative and customized by the user.

Buyers can view purchases, request help, confirm delivery, and (if available) contact the seller via WhatsApp.
ACTIVETickets with QR validation
Event tickets use QR codes. The event owner can validate tickets using a dedicated panel. Buyers can delete used tickets after entry.
ACTIVEStore discipline
If a store accumulates repeated verified issues, VMD may restrict or suspend the store to protect the ecosystem.
POLICY- VMD provides the platform and tools for listings, communication, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Product condition, authenticity, and fulfillment are the responsibility of the seller and buyer (peer-to-peer).
- Users can report issues. VMD may review evidence and take action to protect the ecosystem.
- VMD may process a refund only when the buyer provides clear evidence that supports the claim, following internal review.
- After three confirmed failures (verified cases), the store may be suspended to protect other users.

VMD includes live experiences designed for community engagement: chat, likes, and viewer counters in real time. The system is prepared for partnerships and authorized channel collaboration.
