Viral Media Digital LLC provides users with the ability to request the permanent deletion of their VMD account and associated personal information directly from the VMD application.
Permanent account deletion
Account deletion is permanent and is not the same as temporarily deactivating an account. Once deletion has been completed, the VMD account cannot be restored.
HOW TO REQUEST DELETION
If you are signed in to your VMD account, use the Account Deletion screen available inside the VMD application. The in-app process allows you to verify your account information, confirm your request, and submit a permanent account deletion request directly to Viral Media Digital LLC.
DELETION PROCESS
Submit your request
Submit the permanent deletion request from the Account Deletion screen inside the VMD application.
Confirm account ownership
VMD requires confirmation of the email associated with the account and explicit acknowledgment that permanent deletion is being requested.
Request review
Viral Media Digital LLC securely records the request and reviews it before the permanent deletion process is completed.
Permanent deletion
The account deletion request will be processed within a maximum period of 30 days. Once deletion is completed, the account cannot be restored.

Account and personal information
Permanent account deletion may include information associated with the VMD account, subject to applicable legal, security, financial, fraud-prevention, and regulatory retention requirements.
- VMD account and profile information
- Account identifiers and associated email information
- User-generated account information associated with the deleted account
- Other personal information associated with the VMD account that is eligible for deletion
PROCESSING PERIOD
Maximum processing period: 30 days
Viral Media Digital LLC manually processes permanent account deletion requests. A submitted request will be processed within a maximum period of 30 days.
During this period, the request may be reviewed to verify account ownership, protect account security, prevent fraud, and satisfy applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
LIMITED DATA RETENTION
Certain records may be retained when required
Certain information may be retained when necessary to comply with applicable law, financial obligations, security requirements, fraud-prevention requirements, dispute resolution, regulatory obligations, or other legitimate legal requirements.
IMPORTANT
Deletion cannot be reversed
After Viral Media Digital LLC completes the permanent deletion of the account, the account will no longer be available and cannot be restored.
Users should make sure they understand the consequences of permanent deletion before submitting the request through the VMD application.
