Delete your VMD account and associated data
You may request the permanent deletion of your Viral Media Digital LLC account at any time. VMD provides two official methods. For the fastest and most secure experience, submit the request directly from the VMD mobile application while signed in to your account.
Submit the request from your VMD account
When you are signed in, the VMD application automatically loads information connected to your account, helping VMD verify ownership and process the request more securely.
- Your display name, username, email, and User ID are loaded automatically.
- You must type the email associated with your account to confirm the request.
- You must confirm that the request belongs to your account.
- You must acknowledge that account removal may be permanent.
- You may optionally explain why you are requesting deletion.
Sign in to the VMD mobile application, open your account settings, select the account deletion option, review your information, complete the confirmations, and submit the request.
Request deletion without access to the app
If you no longer have access to the VMD mobile application, you may request deletion by contacting the official Viral Media Digital support team. Whenever possible, send the request from the email address associated with your account.
- Include your full name.
- Include your VMD username, if available.
- Include the email associated with your account.
- Clearly request permanent account and associated-data deletion.
- Include any additional information that may help verify ownership.

How the deletion process works
Submitting a request does not instantly erase the account. Each request is reviewed to protect users from unauthorized, accidental, or fraudulent account deletion.

Submit the request from the authenticated VMD app or through the official support email.
Security review
VMD reviews the request and checks available information to verify account ownership.
Confirmation
Additional verification may be requested before permanent deletion is approved.
Deletion completed
Approved account data is deleted or anonymized, subject to legally permitted retention.
Review period
VMD typically reviews deletion requests within 1 to 3 business days. Requests involving ownership, fraud, security, transactions, or legal concerns may require additional time.
Email communication
Verification requests, status updates, approval notices, or deletion confirmations may be sent to the email associated with the account or request.
Permanent removal
Once permanent deletion is completed, access to the account, associated content, Platform tools, and services may not be recoverable.
What happens to your account data?
After ownership verification and approval, Viral Media Digital LLC will delete or anonymize account data associated with the approved request where technically and legally permitted. Certain limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, financial-record, dispute-resolution, or enforcement obligations.
Data that may be deleted or anonymized
- Account profile and authentication relationship.
- Display name, username, profile information, and account identifiers.
- User-generated posts, stories, comments, and media where applicable.
- Stored photos, videos, audio, and account-specific files where permitted.
- Messages and communication data where technically and legally permitted.
- Marketplace, creator, subscription, wallet, NFT, and activity data where applicable.
- Preferences, settings, and other account-associated Platform information.
Limited records that may be retained
- Information required by applicable law or valid legal process.
- Transaction, payment, tax, accounting, and financial records where required.
- Fraud-prevention, security, abuse, moderation, and enforcement records.
- Evidence necessary to resolve disputes or protect users and VMD.
- Records associated with chargebacks, refunds, investigations, or legal claims.
- Secure backups retained temporarily according to operational deletion schedules.
Account deletion may permanently remove access to wallet features, marketplace tools, NFTs and digital assets displayed through the account, subscriptions, creator tools, messages, stored content, rewards, rankings, purchase history, and other VMD services. Review your account carefully before submitting a deletion request.
