Please send your request from the email address associated with your account whenever possible. This helps us verify ownership and process the request more securely.

- State that you are requesting account and data deletion
Viral Media Digital typically takes 1 to 3 business days to review and approve a deletion request. Once the request has been reviewed, the user will be informed through their email.
For security and legal reasons, certain limited records may be retained where required to comply with applicable law, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement obligations.
